1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents (all states with the exception of the Northern Territory) aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of The Blue Space, Otti, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. To be eligible, entrants must:
   • Spend a minimum of $500 AUD (excluding shipping costs and gift cards) in a single transaction at The Blue Space during the Promotional Period.
   • Follow both The Blue Space (@thebluespace) and Otti (@ottiaustralia) on Instagram at the time of the prize draw.
   • Comply with all other conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
     

1. Each qualifying purchase of $500 or more in a single transaction across The Blue Space website grants one entry into the draw.
2. Customers cannot accumulate multiple orders to qualify for additional entries (e.g., two separate $250 orders do not count as an entry).
3. Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will result in disqualification from the Promotion.

1. The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, 2 May 2025, at a location chosen by The Blue Space.
2. The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media within 48 hours of the draw.
3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a redraw will take place.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility, including proof of purchase and compliance with all entry requirements.

1. The winner must work with The Blue Space and Otti to select and confirm their laundry design within 6 months of accepting the prize.
2. The total prize value will be determined by the actual cost of the Otti laundry selected by the winner, up to a maximum of $5,000 AUD. If the selected Otti laundry costs less than $5,000, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or credit.
3. The $1,000 The Blue Space voucher is provided in addition to the laundry selection and can be used on any eligible products at The Blue Space.
4. Any additional costs beyond the allocated prize value will be the winner’s responsibility.
5. The prize includes Otti-branded cabinetry and benchtops only and does not include labour or additional renovation costs.
6. The Blue Space and Otti do not provide installation services or recommendations for trades. The winner is solely responsible for organising and funding installation and any associated renovation work.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, order processing errors, or other circumstances that prevent an entry from being recorded.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
4. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including social media announcements and content showcasing the laundry makeover.

1. Entrants’ personal details will be collected and used in accordance with The Blue Space and Otti’s Privacy Policies.
2. By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from The Blue Space and Otti, which they can opt out of at any time.
