As described, does the job. Somewhat unsteady, ie: if you pull the towel /towels off it tends to tip forward/fall. Cord could? Possibly be longer so unit can be placed in better position/have more options with extension cords. Happy overall. Great warranty which is by I purchased this above other cheaper options.

Great website with a large array of bathroom and kitchen products also well priced. Arrived very punctually. Only negative is that I tried the next day after ordering an item to change my order though the operator refused to change the order so had to go through the process of receiving the order and returning it to repurchase the correct item. The return process was a little stressful though it did work out ok.

We found their website very user-friendly, and I particularly liked how compatible accessories could be easily selected during the checkout process – it was incredibly helpful. As we had a large and somewhat complex order, I called to finalise the quote and spoke with Carly, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. I was happy once I received my order, however it took over 3 weeks. When I was placing my order the product was claimed to be a stock item, however this was not the case, 3 weeks is far to long!

Very easy user friendly website, huge range of products with clear product information. Very happy to have gotten my product on sale with a complimentary rubbish bin & super quick delivery.

A good toilet. I was hesitate at first because of so many caroma bad reviews about poor flushing. When you install it you have to adjust the inlet valve by adjusting the screw at the top and making sure it fills up to the "marked" water line AND you have to remove the outlet valve by twisting it anti clockwise until you hear it click, remove it and there is 2 circular rings, small one for 1/2 flush big one for full flush, turn the ring until it clicks fully lower the big ring for full tank flush click it back and adjust the other to half way for half tank flush.
